In the 1910 census, Frank was 16 years old.  Frank and both parents were born in Pennsylvania.  He was living with his parents at 42 Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  He was attending school.

World War I Draft Registration, 5 Jun 1917:  Frank was born on 21 Mar 1894 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  Residence is 42 Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre.  Employed as a Rope Maker at Hazard Manufacturing Company, Wilkes-Barre.  Not married.  He is medium height and medium build.  He has blue eyes and light hair.  There are no physical disabilities.

On the 1920 census, Frank was 25 years old.  He rented a home at 40 Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  He lived with his wife and son "Frank F."  He worked as a "rope maker" at a rope mill.  He and both his parents were born in Pennsylvania.

In the 1930 census, Frank was 36 years old.  His father was born in Missouri, and mother in Pennsylvania.  He married when he was 24 years old.  He was renting a house for $15 a month at 40 Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne, Pennsylvania.  He was living with his wife and 4 children.  He was working as a foreman at a wire mill.

Frank Frederick Walter died on 23 Sep 1953 in Kingston, Pennsylvania.

Frank F. Walter, 42 Lehigh St., Asst. Supt. on night shift Hazard Wire Rope, an American Chain and Cable Co. for 15 years.  He worked for Hazard for 46 years.  Died at Nesbitt Memorial Hospital.  He was know as "Sam," Republican Chairman 11th Ward Wilkes-Barre.  Member St. Nicholas Church.  His mother Philomena died 16 months ago.  Wife former Gertrude Krieg.  Family: Francis, Mrs. Edward (Dolly) Baranowsky, and Mrs. Bernard Schneider, Wilkes-Barre.  Mrs. Michael (Claire) Krafjack, Falls, PA.  John Walter and Ruth Walter at home.  Private Frederick Walter at Fort Holabird, MD.  Sister Catherine Walter at home. Funeral St. Nicholas Church. 

Burial at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Shavertown, Pennsylvania.
